Why not launch as a sea moss gel?
Gel makes the ritual more visible, but it also adds refrigeration, microbial, shelf-life, shipping, and packaging requirements. Capsules are the cleaner first release.
Will the iodine amount be listed?
It should be. The final specification and batch result need to connect iodine content to the labeled serving before release.
